Why You Need a General Contractor

A general contractor is a licensed and insured professional who will represent your interests and bring you peace of mind from the start to completion of your project. General contractors are required to take annual continuing education coursework that keeps us abreast of changes and new opportunities in our profession.

In addition, we are members of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) wherein we pledge to uphold a code of ethics dedicated to the professionalism and integrity of the home improvement industry.

The general contractor will navigate on your behalf through the complex maze of building codes, licensing, and insurance issues typical of every project. This oversight responsibility extends to our subcontractors and vendors. Because of our experience in working with this array of craftsmen, products, and regulations we have significant leverage in the home remodeling industry. That advantage is then extended to you and our other clients.

The NARI code states that we will promote in good faith only those products and services which are known to be functionally and economically sound, and which are known to be consistent with objective standards of health and safety.

At Bradford Homes™ Remodeling we wouldn't have it any other way.
